Guys, the time has change for the City Council meeting about the El Paso Electric Rate Case. It is tomorrow at 12 Noon, NOT 9 a.m. If you go at 9 a.m., you will be traeted to a discussion about the 2010 Teen Fest. So unless you care very much about Teen Fest, please come at Noon to push solar incentives to the City Council (there will be time for public comments).
