The City Council takes up the El Paso Electric Rate Case tomorrow, meaning they'll decide whether to allow the electric company to raise electric rates. Solar fans in El Paso believe this is the perfect time to negotiate solar incentives with El Paso Electric. Tomorrow's meeting, at 9 a.m., is probably the last Rate Case meeting at the city level.
The Solar City Task Force (a group of business people, environmentalists, including La Greenga, and others) will be there for the public comment period at 9 a.m. If you have some free time in the morning, we could use all the support we can get, so come and join us!
