Huge twist: Solar derails El Paso Electric rate case

This is what happened today when the City Council was to vote on whether to let El Paso Electric raise their rates: City Reps. Beto O'Rourke, Steve Ortega, Eddie Holguin and Emma Acosta voted to postpone the decision because they wanted more solar incentives worked in. The next meeting is in two weeks. Keep posted.
