Wine of the future?

Following my column on organic wines, here is some organic wine in a carton (they call it Tetra-Pak), much lighter than a glass bottle (weight matters for transportation-related emissions) and recyclable (glass bottles are not recyclable in El Paso). It's better than wine in a box, which contains a non-recyclable plastic bag inside the cardboard box.

That wine, by the brand, Y+B (yellow and blue, makes green) is not found in El Paso, as far as I know, but maybe one day....
